Paul Walker will star in and executive produce the action thriller "Skyscraper" for his own Laguna Ridge Pictures label and Universal Pictures says Reuters.

The film is first of a two-year first-look deal between the companies. Neal H. Moritz ("Fast and Furious") will produce.

Walker won't get to work on the film for a while though as he's starring in and executive producing the New Orleans-set thriller "Hours" which begins shooting in April. He'll then jump from that into shooting on "Fast Six".
